The North Wales Probation has a Staff Development Team which has responsibility to train new Probation Officers and for the development of staff within the organisation. The annual Staff Development Plan identifies the training and development activities for the year which includes formal training, workshops, team based coaching, NVQ activities, distance and ebased training.
