Becws Pesda – A social enterprise designed to provide training and developmental pathway associated with an artisan bakery. Aiming to become established as a viable business long-term.

People at Work – A social enterprise providing training and work based learning with a focus on developing generic ‘social care’ skills. Geared to providing new access point to careers in this domain with specialist focus of former service users. Aiming to develop as a viable business in relation to recruitment / relief staff provision.

The ‘Community Justice Partnership’– Volunteer recruitment and core training programme based on inter-agency consortium. ‘One stop shop’ for volunteers interested in this field. Increasingly providing access point to volunteering for service users.

‘Food for Thought’ – Potential social enterprise development. Focus on training for catering trade in context of viable business delivering ‘outside catering’ for wider partnership and others. Running core facility in the context of the Dewi Saint day-care facility in Rhyl (reference SOVA).

‘Rhyl Construction’– Potential social enterprise currently in planning stage. Focus on improving quality and availability of rented housing stock through the private sector. Developing construction trade linked programme of training for participants in alignment with refurbishment programme. Creating business associated with property management and maintenance long term whilst brining increased capacity into play.

Offender Learning Programme – Coleg Harlech– Working together to develop ‘blended’ learning programme for offenders / substance misusers in the field of arts. Constructing customised access route to mainstream education, training or employment provision. Mixed distance / residential structure. Programme development phase for completion by end of December 2006. Piloting delivery April / September 2007.
