NACRO Cymru – Training - delivering: - Basic skills assessment and learning provision
- Employment training and educational programmes aligned for improving skills / qualifications needed to access employment / further education
- The ‘workwise’ employment programme
- Awarding bodies – City and Guilds, EDI and OCN
- The Award Programme. Providing customised personal development and learning for participants linked to the elements of the Award
- Sectional Certificates and full Awards
- Additional OCN Units linked to the Award programme. Enabling 25 years and over participants to engage in Award services
- Innovative projects linked to need, e.g. ‘Cook and Eat’.
The Princes Trust - delivering: - Innovative personal development and learning opportunities through participation in Trust associated projects in the community
- Access to specialist programmes, e.g. drama
- Access to resources available to assist an individual in accessing work and / or further education. Including services associated with self employment
Smart Ideas - delivering: - A customised programme to assist learners to overcome significant barriers associated with literacy and numeracy needs.
Working Links - delivering: - Range of employment related contracts, e.g. Progress to Work, Action Teams
- Specialist employment related advice and support programmes
- Practical assistance with resource needs associated with re-entering employment.
CREST Co Operative - delivering: - Training and work placements for offenders in Conwy subject to Unpaid Work requirements. Centred around core business associated with recycling and furniture reclamation and re-distribution
Job Centre Plus - delivering: - Commissioned and ‘in house’ services focused on employment needs and associated benefit structure, e.g. New Deal, Progress to Work.
