North Wales Probation Area welcomes and encourages feedback from Service Users (victims and offenders). A process is in place to gain feedback by questionnaires, individual and group interviews. The data is collected quarterly and a report is produced by the Performance and Planning Team.
The Area is seeking to involve service users more in service delivery and has links with Service User Forums (offenders) in the Community (CHANNEL, VOICE, 'Word on the Street') and Altcourse Prison (RESPOND).
